Terms of Service

Effective 10 May 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Beautiful Ship Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered private limited company (UEN: 202206144D), the operator of the Let's Meet Soon product (“Let's Meet Soon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using letsmeetsoon.link or any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What the service is

Let's Meet Soon is a group scheduling tool. You create a meetup, share a link, the people you invite paint their available times on a grid, and the group converges on a confirmed meeting. Optional features include signing in with Google, importing busy times from Google Calendar, and a future paid tier with higher limits.

The service is offered as it is described on the site and may change over time as we add features or fix bugs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Let's Meet Soon. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf. If you're using the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Accounts

You can use Let's Meet Soon as a guest without an account, or sign in via Google OAuth or magic-link email. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account; if you suspect it's been compromised, email us at hello@letsmeetsoon.link.

If you sign in for the first time after using Let's Meet Soon as a guest, we'll attempt to migrate the meetups you participated in over to your new account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, hate speech, or to send spam.
  • Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or contains malware.
  • Scrape, bulk-extract, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
  • Probe, attack, or otherwise interfere with our infrastructure.
  • Use the service to coordinate activity that violates Google's Terms of Service when you've connected Google Calendar.

We may suspend or terminate any account or remove any content that violates this section, with or without notice.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you contribute (your display name, painted availability, chat messages, meetup titles and descriptions). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate the service for you and the other members of your meetups.

We do not use your content to train AI or machine-learning models. We do not allow our sub-processors to do so.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

7. Hosts and members

The host of a meetup controls who can join, who is removed, and when the meetup is deleted. Deleting a meetup permanently and irreversibly removes all chat messages, availability slots, bookings, and member records associated with it. Members can leave a meetup at any time.

8. Premium subscriptions (when launched)

We may offer a paid premium tier processed through Stripe. When we do:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and continue until you cancel.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees you have already paid, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Your premium access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply on your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend your premium features. Your free-tier data remains accessible.
  • Taxes may be added based on your billing location.

9. Free-tier limits

The free tier is subject to limits described on our pricing page (today: up to 10 members per meetup, 30 days of post-event history, and one connected Google Calendar). We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

10. Service availability

Let's Meet Soon is an early-stage product. We provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, freedom from errors, preservation of any specific feature, or that the service will continue to be offered. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Intellectual property

The Let's Meet Soon name, logo, code, design, and content (other than user content) are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our trademarks or branding.

12. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (Google for sign-in and Calendar; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; Vercel and Convex for hosting and backend). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and you're responsible for complying with them. We're not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, or loss of opportunity.
  • Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 50.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

You can stop using Let's Meet Soon at any time. To delete your account or data, email hello@letsmeetsoon.link. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Your content (only the license you've granted), Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Intellectual property, and Governing law — survive termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll give at least 14 days' notice via email to signed-in users or an in-app banner before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the service after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, please stop using the service before they take effect.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws.
