01 / The flow

How it works

From idea to calendar invite, in four steps.

  1. Generate a link

Click once and you get a shareable calendar of your own.

  2. Share with anyone

Drop the link in a group chat. No accounts, nothing to install.

  3. Watch the magic

As friends paint their free time, the overlap fills in.

  4. Pick a time, meet up

Lock in the slot. Everyone gets a calendar invite automatically.

02 / What is inside

Built for any kind of meetup

From a quick coffee to a multi-day getaway. Configure exactly how people see and paint their time.

Day, week, or month

Pick a single day in the month, a day of the week, or a list of specific dates. The calendar adapts to whatever you are planning.

Time of day precision

Need to nail down a 30 minute slot? Drill into hours and minutes when the meetup calls for it.

Simple, advanced, or custom

Most meetups need almost no setup. Power users get fine grained control, or build a fully custom calendar when nothing else fits.

Password protection

Add a password to your meetup so only the people you trust can paint or peek at the overlap.

Private by default

Your link is unlisted. Nothing is searchable, nothing is sold. The data stays between you and your friends.

No strings attached

No accounts, no installs, no email required. Your friends just click the link and start painting.

03 / Our why

Why we built this

Life gets busier as you grow up. Group chats fill with “we should hang out soon” messages that never quite turn into plans.

We built Let's Meet Soon because finding a common time should be the easiest part of meeting up, not the hardest.

Consider this a small push to see your friends, your family, your clients, the people you have been meaning to catch up with for far too long.

04 / The proof

Real plans, kept

12,647

meetups planned

Plans with a specific time and place get kept roughly 3× more often than vague ones. That's the gap we close.

05 / Questions

Frequently asked

The short answers. For the research and a side-by-side against other tools, see how we compare.

Do my friends need to sign up?

Nope. They click the link and start painting their free time. No accounts, no installs, no email required.

How is this different from a Doodle poll?

Doodle makes you pre-pick a handful of options. Here, everyone paints whatever times they are actually free, and the overlap fills in on its own. You see the whole picture, not just the slots one person guessed at.

How do I find a time that works for a whole group?

Create a meetup, share the link, and as people paint their availability the calendar shades darker where more of you overlap. Pick the darkest patch that suits and lock it in.

Does it handle different time zones?

Yes. Everyone paints in their own local time. The overlap is computed across time zones so nobody has to do mental arithmetic.

Is it free?

Yes, for everyday meetups. There is a paid tier for bigger groups and longer-running plans — see Pricing.

Is my availability private?

Your link is unlisted by default. Nothing is searchable, nothing is sold. You can add a password if you want to lock it down further.
